  1. when you enquire about a food tour, we will collect your name, email address and telephone number; and

  2. when you book a food tour, we will also collect your date of birth, your address and payment information.

3. Use of your personal data

3.1 We will use your personal data to respond to your queries and provide you with any tour that you have booked. If you have booked a tour, you agree that we may be asked to share your personal data with the restaurants and other third parties engaged by us to provide the tour.

3.2 Otherwise, we do not share personal data with third parties, except (a) to respond to legal requirements (including under applicable data protection laws) or protect a third party’s rights, property, or safety; and (b) in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of assets, consolidation or restructuring, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by or into another company.

7.2 We use third party analytic cookies to monitor how our website is used.
