Yes. However, in particularly inclement conditions we may cancel at our discretion.

Our tours are operated in small groups with a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 10/12. If we do not meet the minimum number of participants we will unfortunately have to cancel the tour.

Please discuss this with us prior to booking a tour as our venues work with seasonal & local produce and it may not be possible for substitutions, especially given the nature of our business.

It is crucial however that any allergies are highlighted prior to attending any of our tours.

No reduced rate but soft drinks are available and are included in the price

Yes absolutely! We have company branded Tote Bags, Aprons and Wooden Spoons available for sale. Just let your GG Host know what you would like to purchase. Payments in euro only.

It’s really important for you to call and let us know if you are running late for your tour as we have specific and non-changeable time slots at our food tasting venues. We will only wait for 5-10 minutes maximum as we will also have other guests on the tour. After that time we can arrange for you to catch up with us. Tel or whats app 0039 375 5391568

Given the numerous venues we visit on our tours we operate on a very tight schedule, so it’s a good idea to arrive at least 5-10 mins prior to the commencement time so you can enjoy the full tour.

Your tickets are transferrable, so if you can’t use your tickets, feel free to give them to a friend to use just advise us of the change and the new name for the booking.

We operate a strict 48 hour cancellation / refund policy. After this time tickets are non-refundable but we will however accommodate changes where availability allows. In the event a ‘scheduled’ tour has been removed from general sale to accommodate a private tour booking – which is subsequently cancelled – we reserve the right to retain the private tour fee to cover loss of earnings and administration.
